Hi Vodafone,

 

I am here to express my utter disappointment and raging frustration over your 3G wifi service, or lack thereof. It is really frustrating to have my internet connection going on and off once every 10 minutes, with blackouts of up to 5 mins at a time. It's been nearly three hours since trying to upload a 30MB file. Can you imagine that? 3 hours to upload a 30MB file and I still can't get that file uploaded. Please, for the sake of my sanity and everyone's else, please fix your lousy service as soon as humanely possible.

 

Fixing means:

1. Consistent internet connection for at least three hours.

2. 3G connection at all times. Not H. Since I signed up nearly 10 months ago, I have almost never gotten a 3G connection on my pocket wifi modem. So please, do something about it.

3. No "SMS-Only", "No Network" for more than 15 minutes.

 

I can't wait for my plan to expire by September so that I can quickly bail out from this nightmare. It is a constant source of frustration.
