Mobile Operator Billing

Hi Vodafone,

I am referring to an article found on the Microsoft Website:

The article mentions mobile billing, so far only Telstra provides this service. I would like to have this service offered by Vodafone, so that I can purchase apps without using my credit card.

Is Mobile Operator billing going to be available in the future?
