Pocket wifi extreme still not received

Hi, I ordered the pocket wifi nearly 2 months ago and still have not received it! I am now being billed for it too! I have spent hours on the phone about this and have asked for help on Facebook. I sent the email they asked me to send to support and also confirmed my postal address but I am still clueless as to what is going on. When I saw my bill this morning it has made me very upset as I was promised it would be removed. I also note that when doing the verbal recording for the offer it clearly states that no charges will be made until the device is working. PLEASE can someone just resolve this for me. All I want is a pocket wifi. If I knew it was going to be this much trouble I wouldn't have bothered ordering it.
