About Pre-Paid Phone : Lumia 630

Question 1: When do you start selling pre-paid Lumia 630 at vodafone? Can I preorder it?

Question 2Ince it is a pre-paid phone, but I have another monthly-paid vodafone sim card, can I insert it into the pre-paid  phone to user it without buying a new pre-paid sim-card?
