Take this poor guys thread read it and thats what im going through except im using a 3g device. When the service works it works, when it doesnt im left with not even what id consider a 56k connection (If pages even load) Ive done all the useless things that ive been told too by the call centre - despite being more qualifed but hey always worth a shot because hey you never know when you'll actually get some 'proper' 'support' which i doubt exsists at Vodaphone. I pay for this service like all other customers and i find it extremely poor that im paying for a sub-standard if that.. connection. If i had the choice id much rather a company that provides a PROPER connection and not a throttled one for 8 hours of each day.
Doubt i'll get any usefull help.
