Hmmm. The FAQ says, "From 2.00am AEST on the 25th of July 2014, you can get the Lumia Cyan Windows Phone 8.1 update for your Nokia Lumia 925"

Well, I've waited up till 2:00am AEST, followed the instructions given there, and this is all I get:





Hopefully something might change by the time I wake up.
