Purchase Paid Apps via Windows Store

Hello Windows Phone Experts,

Wondering how you guys purchase paid apps via Windows Phone. I was a Telstra customer before and could you Telstra (they would debit the account from my prepaid credit). I dont get that option in Vodafone's Red plan.

Do we get Microsoft Store Cards locally in Australia (Sydney).. else I will have to order one from US.

P.S: Not a big fan of providing my card details to purchase apps and hence the question.
