Pocket Wifi 2 showing as 'No Network' for over a week

Hi Vodaphone,

I have a Huawei Pocket Wifi 2. 

For the last week it has been showing as 'No Network'. It was previously working fine... I've tried switching it off and on again, removing and reinserting the sim, and it still won't connect to a network.

I'm in East Perth, WA. It was previously working fine and has now become a great inconvenience.

Are you able to advise why this is occuring? I note there are some upgrades listed on the schedule, but I wouldn't expect these to prevent connecting for over 7 days!!
