Opened an account and got the boradband device on 15th Jan 2015. The 4G was not working in my home, talked to vodafone and they accept the issue, gave them the device back, got a receipt and told all good on 30th of June (after 15 days). Since it was still under network guarantee the account was closed.
However I found it was not closed when I started receiving threating class 2 months after from vodafone collections asking me to pay for unpaid bills. Bills for what? I was told I am done after vodafone accepted network guarantee. They refuse to close my account and keep sending me bils. So furious right now.
