I've noticed at the moment that your $30 month to month MBB plan now comes with a bonus 4GB per month for up to 24 months.
I few questions..
I am currently on this exact plan so want to know how I can obtain double the data. I'm not on a contract so I see no reason why this offer wasn't offered to exisiting customers on that plan.
We contiunally see threads about people complaining about 'customer loyalty' and Vodafone jumping in to point out how great their offers are and I take this case as a classic example.
To make matters worse, I'm expecting a reply along the lines of the new deal is only for new sign ups forcing a long time customer with three accounts to have to cancel the MBB then sign up again for exactly the same thing just to get the bonus data that should have been offered when the deal began.
I understand not being able to change things when on contract, but there is no excuse for not offering this deal to current customers on the Month to Month plan.
Who knows, I may be pleasantly surprised but I'm not holding my breath...
