Constant disconnects in World of Warcraft

Hi, Im a casual gamer and lately WoW disconnects frequently, about every 5 minutes, I havent been able to stay connected for longer than that for about 1 week. I have several devices that Ive tried, a USB stick, Wifi extreme and a Globesurfer router, all give the same problem. Ive tried this on 2 PCs also having the same result.Ive tried using a network cable and wifi as the connection type. Ive tried everything I can think of, double checked all settings, rebooted all devices and PCs multiple times etc etc I work in IT and have a pretty good understanding of it all, but Im open to any suggestions..

Ive even tried another connection, via Reward Mobile, which is a vodafone reseller, that option gives the same result. (Its not surprising though, its not a different ISP just a different billing service really, selling your network.)

All my browsing and other internet usage is flawless, it never misses a beat really, its just World of Warcraft. In game I will get "you have been disconnected from battle.net       Connected to Battle.net" text about every minute or so then after a few minutes of that I get disconnected from the server.

The signal strength is pretty good, about 83db which is about 4 bars.

I connect to this tower:

I have done some testing, the IP of the Warcraft server in Australia is 103.4.115.248 below are the results:

Im quite convinced that this is a problem at Vodafones end. Either there is some strange technical work going on at the tower or internally you have some "routing" problems. Blizzard claims theres nothing wrong at their end, they have millions of other players with no problems.

What can we do to resolve this please?
