Vodafone Lumia 640 Running Windows 10 Mobile - MMS Settings

On 2/4/16 I purchased 2 Vodafone branded Lumia 640's from Dick Smith.

They have both now had the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade and today I have noticed that the MMS settings weren't blank, so I used to information in the 'Set up my phone' section of this website and I still cannot get either phone to send or receive MMS.

Are the settings for Windows Phone 8.1 different, or is there some other issue?
