Hello
i rang customer care today to cancel my mobile broadband account, which they said was done and would take effect in 10 to 15 minutes. However it's been a few hours and the account is still active and able to be used.
Can I please get someone to check this and make sure it is cancelled?
i also asked on the phone if a final bill would be sent and they said no but this didn't sound right to me.
