I bought and registered my first Vodafone product yesterday and have successfully registered it and used my USB Modem K4203 on my mother's Windows 7 computer. Unfortunately, my computer (Macbook Pro) isn't working. I am running OS X El Captain 10.11.5. I have troubleshooted the problem to a single step, Step 2 (Double-click the Vodafone Mobile Broadband icon in your Applications folder to start it. The application will start, identify your device, create the correct mobile connection settings and select a mobile network.) When I double click the Vodafone mobile broadband icon and it installs an app but doesn't let me identify the device, create the mobile connection etc.
