Hi Vodafone

My current plan,$90 a month,25GB,is no longer offered by the looks of it.

The plan expires in january,the problem is that having had a defective wifi for about 8 months or so,i'm not sure i really want to bother with you people anymore.When i was with Telstra,& the wifi thing died,they just sent me another in the mail,& i posted the broken one back to them.You think it's ok for people to go into a store & send off a$30 wifi unit for months,waiting for it to be repaired,while we have no internet access,i don't think that's ok,so we're stuck with constant problems.

My phone plan also ends at the same time,& the screen on that hasn't worked since March,so that's 2 fails that i put entirely on you,i will not go into one of your stores,as i cannot tolerate those imbeciles that seem to be the only people that are employed in them.

I don't have a proof of purchase,so i cannot fix the phone anyway,& at this stage,i couldn't be bothered.

In the unlikely event i do stay,do i need to buy a wifi thing,to keep the contract running month to month?
