ISSUE 1: Yesterday, a mistake was made to me bill. I called in and got everything resolved. i even got the message detailing the new amount on the new bill. However when i check me bill online, it sill have old wrong amount, i just thought maybe it will take a day to update it. then today i got another message saying the bill is due on particular date with the OLD amount listed. when i log onto my voda. there's no record of new amount been charged.. Coudl you please just send me the new adjusted amount pls...... just pls...I have retain the message received just to proved i got the issue resolved.
ISSUE 2: i try to set an alert if my data usage reach to certain point, however i could not do it via internet. I called in once again and was told that my plan does not have the alert services available to me. I mean what a load of ......!!! I have taken necessaty steps to prevent i overuse my credit and phone data, but that alert services is not available because im on the OLD PLAN?? So once it goes over i have to pay, even when i have taken reasonable step to prevent it! i just want a message telling me that i have reached x% of my data usage. SIMPLE!!
ISSUE 3: When i joined up vodafone a year ago, i got a flyer with "4G is coming to adelaide end of the year". its end of the year, some of my friends who signed up got 4g! Yet poor me, been waiting and waiting still not getting 4g. then i got an email saying 4g is now available. so i called in and requested for 4g. i was told its only available for new plans....not the old one. i feel like i have cheated and mislead by vodafone's FALSE advertisement. shame on you vodafone. and im still on 3g UNTIL i signed up a new plan. thats just ridiculous.!!!
