I have a query, is there any news on when GDR3 for the HTC 8x is being released. There has been reports already that this update has been released overseas in a number of countries. Seeing that GDR2 was cancelled and we are currently only on GDR1, Vodafone announced that that the phones instead were going to be upgraded instead straight to GDR3 (see software updates September 12) what is the status of this update. At the moment current owners have to put up with storage problems on this phone which are supposed to have been fixed in both later updates. The storage issue can at times make the phone unusable as there is no space left in the phone requiring hard resets as has been documented numerous times with the early windows 8 phones.
