I'm trying to unlock my Pocket Wifi Extreme. I went to unlock.vodafone.com.au and entered my IMEI. I was given instructions and my unlock code. When I followed the instructions (putting in the non Vodafone SIM) and visiting http://pocket.wifi/unlock.htm. The URL doesn't load, instead it redirects me to http://pocket.wifi where I can't see instructions for how to unlock my device.
Can you please help me to do this online or am I going to have to ring the call centre?
