Data Sense update again

I would like to know again if there is any more updates about Vodafone enabling Data sense specificly on the Nokia 925.

I've seen the post

There are lots of reports of people that have purchased the phone out right and have Data Sence working fine on their phone.  The second post says it has been rolled out to the 720 and 820.

So we know

1. It works on purchased out-rights phones

2. It has been rolled out to 720 and 820

Can I get a REAL techincal answer from someone?  All you guys ever seem to say is "keep an eye on our Weekly Software Updates here."   Can someone give me a reason why technically this is taking so long since it clearly works on phones that Vodafone dose not control and an expected date.
