Hi,
Tried to set up a mobile broadband, but after almost 24 hours, still no data service. Spoken to at least 10 people at vodafone, given 20 account numbers, mobile numbers, order numbers and waited on the phone at least 1 hour in total.
I've been told that the order is being put on hold and they've tried processing it 3 times, with no result, just false assurance.
Can I go get a prepaid sim and transfer it to post paid later? Seems all too dificult to set up a post paid mobile broadband.
Urgency due to work trip tonight, which I thought setting up the mobile broadband 24 hours in advance should be enough...
