Dear Vodafone,
On the 2nd & 3rd of August I noticed a massive data spike on my pocket wifi device. It read I had used over 6.75GB of my 12GB plan. I usually use between 50% and 75% every month and have only gone over my limit twice in two years. There were no devices connected that were downloading data. I reset the pocket wifi and this has seen the usage return to normal.
There was obviously an error with the pocket wifi so can someone contact me to get the "used" data put back into my account.
