This afternoon I returned home and turned on my pocket wifi device only for it to get stuck on the vodafone symbol that appears when it first turns on (as shown in the image). I've turned it off and on, reset it everything I can think of. It's fully charged, and was working perfectly just 2 hrs ago and I left it sitting on my computer desk, no one else has touched it or used it. How can I fix this? And if I can't be fixed, how do I replace the device (at no cost to me, since this is clearly faulty)?
