hi i sign up over the phone on 11/02/ 2015 , and i was explain about the discount which they offer $ 5 + 10 % off every month for 24 month contact on my $ 30 broadband plan , so i was happy to sign up over the phone but recive only 10 % on my bill then i call to customer care they say they cant do nay thing about it .
i was feeling very sad about that .then agail i call to sales department for new service just to check ,they was still offering the same offetr then i told them why i dint get offer , you guy give me offer and its not applied on my accout then they transfer to another person and still my problem was not solved
is any one having same problem about difference odering over the phone and dint get what was been told
i am thinking to take this matter to consumer affairs
or help me to solve this out
