Hi,
I have just tried to log onto the internet with my prepaid Mobile Broadband - the white USB modem - and it did not connect like it usually does.
Instead of just connecting, the first time I tried today, it displayed a box asking for information like 'Access Point' (I think) as well as maybe a username and password? There was an option to 'Cancel' or 'Continue,' so I tried leaving all the fields blank and pressing 'Continue.'
After I tried that, it showed a pop-up window, like this:

When I clicked the notification, it did open a browser, which had the heading "VHA APN SETUP" and showed the message on a Crazy John's letterhead:
"You'll need to update the settings on your phone so you can continue to browse the web.
For help, call the Crazy John's team on 1800 086 066 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting. end_of_the_skype_highligh
It’s easier to update your settings if you call from a different phone."
I called the number, which is a recording about Crazy John's being closed with various numbers to call for Vodafone, but they seemed focused on phones, and not internet.
Has anyone seen something like this before? I'm nervous about using the Express Recharge if it won't connect.
